What this site collects
The public website collects information only when you choose to provide it, typically through the confidential inquiry form. Fields may include name, organization, title, business email, phone, nature of inquiry, mandate, timing, message, and confidentiality preference.
How information is used
Inquiry information is used to evaluate the request, respond, and keep an auditable record of qualified conversations. It is not published, sold, or used to generate unreviewed resumes or other public documents.
Retention
Inquiry records are retained for up to 24 months unless a longer period is required for an active search, engagement, or legal obligation. You may request deletion by emailing me@haroldheard.com.
Analytics and downloads
Privacy-safe analytics may record page views and resume downloads. Resume download does not require contact details. Do not submit confidential candidate or recruiter information except through the contact form.
